Billy Elbrock

New Mexico Commissioner

Billy Elbrock, of Chama, NM, works for the Bureau of Reclamation in Alamosa, CO where he is the Supervisor of Operations. Mr. Elbrock has worked for Reclamation for 23 years.

Mr. Elbrock is also co-owner, along with his wife Josephine, of Fina’s Diner in Chama. He has been in the restaurant business in Chama for 16 years.

Mr. Elbrock is a Trustee for the Village of Chama, vice president of the Chama Valley Chamber of Commerce, liaison between the Village of Chama and the Planning and Zoning Committee, liaison between the Village of Chama and Rio Arriba County and a Hunter Safety Instructor.  Mr. Elbrock is also founder/member of the local high school athletic booster organization.

Billy was appointed to the CTSRR Commission in August 2011 by New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez.
